Josh had been waiting to propose to Anna for months. Chattanooga had become a home away from home for them, and he knew the iconic Walnut Street Bridge was the place to go.
On September 18, 2022, Josh took Anna out for dinner and then left the table mid-meal. A waiter handed Anna a letter from Josh, containing clues as to his disappearance, and a QR code to a video with more instructions.
A couple minutes later, a laughing Anna met a slightly shaky Josh in the middle of the Walnut Street Bridge, where he and his two kids were waiting with sweet notes and big hugs.
He proposed there, surrounded by family and a rapidly growing crowd of invested onlookers.
She said yes.
